Will you be one of our Guardian Angels?

GINGER

A story we do not like to share but it happens.
Ginger was used for pit bull bait.....in other words her owner would practice his pit bull by letting him attack Ginger on purpose.  Ginger's life started out normal 10 years ago when she was bought as a puppy and lived a normal life of living as a pet and then her owner a couple of years ago got the idea he would enter the world of pit bull fighting and Ginger was no longer the loving pet.....but instead the punching bag.
So, the good thing is Ginger is very loving to humans and actually is okay with dogs as long as they do not react to her in their face trying to get them to fight with her.  Once she realizes that they will not argue with her she is fine and moves on.  You would never know she is 10 years old she does not act a day over one!
Her scars are healing nicely but they will always be there............inside and out.
If you are interested in Ginger you can fill out an application.  Thank You.

IDA

This is Ida.....sweet little female horse coat that is slightly crossed eyed.  She is about 3 years old and is very friendly and sweet.  She is very clean and respectful as she only chew on dog toys and is house trained.  She was a stray so we do not have much back round but do know that she is ready to start her future.

Ida is now spayed, chipped, shots...she just needs somebody to fill out an application so she can get adopted!

HAPPY

Happy is a fun loving girl with a lot of personality and exuberance for life!  We adopted her out 5 years ago and due to the economy Happy's family found themselves without a place to live.
She has been through obedience class with her family, she is house trained, good with older children, does not like dogs or cats or she could live with a dog that is submissive as she is alpha.  The past 5 years she has had not one health issue at all including never having a shar pei fever episode.  She has big beautiful eyes and a gorgeous fawn horse coat.  She is crate trained loves to ride in the car loves to play with toys and go for walks.  She is very agile and would be great with a person that likes to go go go or just hanging out...she is easy!
Happy is spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots and just needs a home of her own!
You will NOT find Happy or any of the dogs at our shelter we only house cats ALL dogs are in foster homes.  If you are interested in Happy please first fill out an online application at www.sharpeiresuce.com and you will receive a much quicker response.  Thank you!
